San Sebastian Weather, Too Good to be true

Spanish cities are so blessed with their weather all the year round; San Sebastian is not an exemption.

Temperatures in San Sebastian turn out to be cooler as you move nearer to the Pyrenees; in fact it is in the north western part of the Pyrenees.

Maritime and Oceanic climate is very much felt in the city.

It means that during the hottest weather and highest temperature the climate can be humid; and temperatures rarely goes very hot instead it is neither too cold or too hot.

From February to April, an average temperature of 14 ºC to 18 ºC is enjoyed by sight seers. Rainy days are mostly expected during spring time to water the blossoming flower buds and the green façade of the earth.

From June to September are peak seasons in San Sebastian because it is summer time. Temperatures at this time can rise up to 35 ºC with 20 ºC water temperatures. Imagine to be frolicking in the warm sea water at that temperature. July and September are the hottest months in San Sebastian.

During Autumn and Fall, San Sebastian then slowly changes its foliage to much the changing colors. Temperature now is on the average of 20 ºC from September to November though there are occasional rains it is combine with lots of sunny weather.

On winter, swimming in the sea can still be done during sunny days for its water temperature hang around 10 ºC. Though thick clothes are needed at this time especially during rainy days when temperatures really drop a little.

Summer is best for those who love to see a horde of tourists frolicking in the beaches but quieter time can be done in the off summer time such as spring or autumn. Even winter can be enjoyed in this place.
