San Sebastian has it all; you name it the place has it. You can go to the nearest beaches or perhaps go to the bars or just simply just walk around and sight seeing. These are the top three activities that you can do in San Sebastian; go to the beaches, or simply walk around and see the city’s beautiful structures.
Beaches. San Sebastian has one of the finest beaches in Spain; you will find three beaches, the Playa Ondaretta, Playa de Gros and Playa de la Concha. The biggest, most crowded and famous of all these beaches in San Sebastian is the Playa de la Concha.
You can see most of the tourists and the locals in this beach, activities include surfing and many others. If you want to be in a quieter beach, it would be the Playa de Gros and Playa de la Ondaretta is best only if you are up for a swim, this has a little sand-space when it comes to water activities.
Bars. The bars that are being mentioned here are the Tapas bars which they call Pintxos bars. San Sebastian is proud of having been one of the places where it has the best tapas bars in Spain. There are plenty of tapas bars which you can find around the city, they serve the usual tapas such as olives to chorizos and not the typical such as to sea urchins and many more.
Architectural Structures. We all know that Spain has one of the best architectural structures in Europe and San Sebastian is not an exemption. You will find the Catedral del Buen Pastor which is a church that is from the neo gothic period. You will also get to see more of these structures in the eastern part of the place, which is the old part of the city.
These are the top things that you can do in San Sebastian, to be able to enjoy the place, do what the locals do, go to the beaches, eat where they eat like the in tapas bars and walk where they walk, see the attractions that this place can offer and it would be worth the trip.
